• Quality Standards: Our products strictly benchmark against EU pesticide residue standards and Eurasian Economic Union (EAC) certification requirements. Third-party testing reports or sample confirmations can be provided as agreed prior to batch delivery.

• Sample and Formula Confirmation: Clients must provide written or electronic sign-off on confirmed sample indicators and packaging design schemes. Mass production will strictly adhere to the confirmed samples.
• Intellectual Property Protection: Brand trademarks, proprietary packaging designs, and other intellectual property provided by the client shall be used exclusively for the contract manufacturing agreed upon by both parties, and we will strictly fulfill our confidentiality obligations.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
